Scope of services

ReviewPerch provides fixed-scope review audits, owner response drafts, possible policy issue notes, review health summaries, and ethical review request templates, as described in the package you purchase. Delivery timelines begin after all required information is received.

No guaranteed outcomes

ReviewPerch does not guarantee review removal, rating changes, or any specific platform outcome. Platform moderation decisions are made solely by the platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, or others).

No fake reviews

ReviewPerch does not create, buy, trade, arrange, or post fake reviews, and does not offer incentives for positive reviews. Requests for these services will be declined.

No legal advice

ReviewPerch does not provide legal advice, defamation analysis, or legal claims. For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before posting, posting approved responses through your own business account, and the accuracy of any business context you provide. Drafts based on inaccurate context are your responsibility once posted.

Revisions

Packages include the revision rounds stated in the package description. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.

Payment

One-time cleanup packages are paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; ReviewPerch does not receive or store your full card details. Work begins once payment has cleared and you have submitted the intake form, and the delivery timeline stated in the package description starts from that point.

Monthly Review Watch: billing and cancellation

Monthly Review Watch is a subscription. It bills automatically each month to the payment method on file until you cancel, at the price shown when you subscribed. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal (the “Manage billing & plan” link) or by emailing hello@reviewperch.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep access to that period’s deliverables, and no further payments are taken. Partial months are not refunded, and unused response drafts do not carry over between months or survive cancellation.

If you change plans, Stripe charges or credits the difference for the remainder of the current period. Your deliverables move to the new tier once that payment clears — not at the moment you make the change — so an upgrade takes effect as soon as the balancing payment succeeds, and a downgrade leaves your current tier in place until then.

If a monthly payment fails, the plan is paused and work stops until the payment method is updated. We will contact you before any account is closed for non-payment.

Refunds

Because deliverables are custom work, refunds are not available once the audit has been delivered. If work has not yet begun, contact us and we will work something out reasonably. For subscriptions, see the cancellation terms above.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be sent to the email address on your account before they take effect.
